Do you know that you need to improve your time management—but you’re not sure where to start?
Or do you find yourself getting distracted and feeling frustrated because you do really want to focus?
I'm going to be your coach and our group is going to support you. Together, we're going to solve some things, give you answers, and help you GET YOUR LIFE BACK.
You're going to love your life more and have more life to enjoy just the way you want to!
This 6-month group coaching program with Elizabeth Grace Saunders is focused on helping you build your essential time management skills.
Time management change can feel like such a struggle. Like there’s never enough time and it will never get better. You may feel discouraged and overwhelmed.
I'm going to coach you through this, step-by-step.
If you can relate to any of these, Time Management Made Easy may be for you:
You’re starting from ground zero. You have no consistent way to keep track of what needs to get done and you sometimes lie in bed at night worrying you’re forgetting something important.
You have some of the basics in place. But it’s confusing on what to do first. You get distracted. You often feel uncertain that you’re doing the right thing right now. Sometimes you miss deadlines or need to work far too late to make your deadlines.
You have a decent time management system in place, but you would like to take your time management to the next level—improving in particular areas like setting boundaries, staying focused, and being on time.
Time becomes something that works for you instead of against you.
Instead of feeling confused, overwhelmed, and stuck. You can feel clear and calm about how to interact with time in a way that allows you to feel good about what you’re doing or not doing in a day. Once you take ownership of your time management, you open up the possibility of more freedom, joy, and fun.
You no longer feel worried and anxious.
If you have no idea what you need to get done, let alone when you will do those things, it’s understandable that you would feel anxious most of the time. When you begin to have clear, simple systems in place for recording and keeping your commitments, you can shift from worry and doubt to peace and confidence.
You feel calm and confident about time choices.
You are decisive and sleep well at night. Our life ultimately comes down to our choices. If you’re not sure if you’re making the right choices with your time or you’re avoiding making a choice at all, you’ll constantly be second guessing yourself. And potentially you’ll waste a lot of time doing nothing because you’re not sure where to start. With the right strategies, you can overcome the self doubt and be present knowing that you’re making the right choices right now.
You have confidence that you will have time for your most important priorities.
You’ll stop closing your eyes, holding your breath and hoping that your firefighting will be enough for everything to work out. You’ll have a plan for how you’ll accomplish important activities and know what you do or don’t have capacity to do.
You’ll live the life you want, get the things done you want to accomplish, and have time to relax.
You won’t feel like you’re living someone else’s life and that there’s never time to take care of yourself or to invest in the relationships that really matter to you.
You’ll trust that you’re doing the right things right now.
You’ll stop being filled with doubt about whether you’re making the right choices. You’ll end the avoidance of what truly matters to you. And you’ll finally be able to go to sleep in peace at night.

Time Management Made Easy is a 6 month group program designed to give you focus, emotional support, and practical skills required to improve your time management in a lasting, sustainable way.
One of the biggest sources of stress with time is having no idea where it’s going and no idea if you have enough. But overwhelm and guilt can keep you from having the courage to take a clear look at your commitments and evaluate what’s actually possible. In the first module, we’ll get really clear on how much time you have, where your time is going, and how to align your time with your actual priorities.
Once you’ve established how you want to invest your time, then it’s time to get the systems and structures into place to put your plans into action. In the second module, we’ll cover how to create order in your life. That includes exploring the systems you need in place to organize all the to-do’s and messages coming your way as well as the boundaries necessary to focus on what’s most important.
It’s essential to not only know what to do with your time management skills but also how to stay consistent, persistent, and focused. In the third module, we’ll address how to overcome some of the most common time management challenges so you can succeed in your goals.
One-On-One Time A 15- to 20-minute laser session with me or my coaching team (direct 1x1 call/ Skype call) each month to support your progress and continually remove any blocks (external or internal) that may arise for you along the way.

There's so much encouraging content in each training call, you'll keep coming back to these recordings for years and still discover new insights each time.
Assignments to Put the Training Into Action This isn’t about just learning, but about doing. So each training you’ll come away with specific, actionable steps to take in moving ahead in your time management.
Access to the Private Facebook Community One of my favorite parts of my group programs are the amazing communities. You have an active supportive go-to place to share your challenges and questions, as well as your celebrations, wins, and joys. Plus, hear back from both your peers and me directly on what works, what doesn't work, and how you can continue living into your new positive relationship with time. Until you have this consistently in your life, you have no idea what you are missing.
Full Email Access For Ongoing Private Support When you have a question, want feedback, or want to celebrate a win, just reach out with a quick email and get the feedback and encouragement you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Bonus #1: Lifetime Access to the Materials & Facebook Group You will be able to access all the group coaching recordings and materials so you can come back and review them at anytime. Also, you’ll have access to the Facebook Group so you can post ideas or ask questions even once your program is done.
Bonus #2: Cheat Sheet on Time Management Tools You will receive a curated list of tools that have worked effectively for myself and for my time management coaching clients. There are simple ways you can save hours of time each week with simple tweaks to how you approach tasks, projects, and e-mail.

“I am so excited about this program! I have been loving this class and working with you. You have allowed for such a major transformation in my life - I have realized that a lot of my anxiety and worry was coming from a lack of planning and having my priorities in line. I am practicing everything we have talked about in class and it is helping. I still need to continue to practice, but I am coming along great!”
Q: When and where are the group sessions? A: The live group coaching sessions will happen on the first and second Thursdays of the month at 11 am-12 pm PT/2-3 pm ET. They will happen virtually and be recorded so if you miss a session, you can listen to the replay. The one-on-one coaching sessions will happen during the third and fourth weeks of the month between 10 am- 6 pm ET and be set up at a time that works with your schedule.
Q: How long is this program? A: Time Management Made Easy is a six-month group coaching program.
Q: Do I need to have a particular time management skill level? A: Nope. Individuals of all time management skill levels are welcome. Everyone will have the ability to implement for the first time or to up-level their time management skills in each area.
Q: How much time will I need to spend on assignments between sessions? A: I highly encourage you to make it a priority to attend the sessions live so that you can have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the group. If that’s not possible, then listening to the recordings is a good second choice. The length of the assignments between sessions will vary depending on the topic. I encourage you to set aside at least 30-45 minutes after each call to review the material and work on implementing the lessons. The goal is to implement during the course of the program so you can ask questions, have accountability, and build momentum.
Q: What if I miss a session? A: If you miss a session, then you can make it up by listening to the recording available after each call. Also, I highly encourage you to interact with the other group members in the Facebook group. That way you still get the opportunity to have support and ask questions.
Q: How do I know if I have anything to offer the group? A: If you’re committed to participating to the best of your ability, you have something to offer to the group. Everyone is gifted in special ways. Button: Apply Now
Q: Can my spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, child, friend, co-worker, etc., go through this program with me? A: It’s a possibility that someone you know can go through this group coaching program with you. However, he or she will need to go through the same application process, and I can’t guarantee that both of you will be accepted.
Q: I want in! Can I just sign up without going through the application and conversation process? A: Thank you for your enthusiasm! It’s greatly appreciated. However, you will need to go through the application process. If your application is accepted, you will then need to have a conversation with me before the decision is made about whether or not you’re invited to participate in the group coaching program.
