Time management change can feel like such a struggle. Like there’s never enough time and it will never get better. You may feel like you’re letting others down—and can’t trust yourself.

Get Clear: Schedule & Priorities 

One of the biggest sources of stress with time is having no idea where it’s going and no idea if you have enough. But overwhelm and guilt can keep you from having the courage to take a clear look at your commitments and evaluate what’s actually possible. In the first module, we’ll get really clear on how much time you have, where your time is going, and how to align your time with your actual priorities.  

  • How to finally make progress on your goals instead of telling yourself you’ll do them “someday”  
  • Simple strategies to evaluate how long activities take so you can make accurate time estimates and not be shocked when things take twice as long (or more) than you expected.  
  • How to get unstuck if you’re not even really sure what will make you happy anymore  
  • How to get out of “time debt” and let go of the feeling that you’re always letting someone down.  
  • The step-by-step system to coming up with your ideal weekly schedule to have more order in your week and fewer decisions to make about what to do when.  
  • How to be less reactive and more proactive as you go through your day.  
  • How to break big projects into smaller parts so you aren’t procrastinating until the last minute or forgetting important steps.  

Get Organized: Order & Boundaries  

Once you’ve established how you want to invest your time, then it’s time to get the systems and structures into place to put your plans into action. In the second module, we’ll cover how to create order in your life. That includes exploring the systems you need in place to organize all the to-do’s and messages coming your way as well as the boundaries necessary to focus on what’s most important.  

  • Discover the right system for keeping track of tasks in a way that makes sense to you so that you’re not forgetting things and dropping the ball.  
  • Learn strategies and tools for effective e-mail management so that you’re replying to the most important messages but not constantly lost in your inbox.  
  • Understand how to keep on top of voicemail, text, and mail so it doesn’t pile up and cause guilt.  
  • Powerful tools to strengthen your ability to set boundaries and say, “No,” so that you’re able to minimize interruptions and keep your time in alignment with your priorities and values.  
  • Simple ways to make self-care work for you, including eating better, sleeping more, and getting out to exercise.  

Get Focused: Time Challenges  

It’s essential to not only know what to do with your time management skills but also how to stay consistent, persistent, and focused. In the third module, we’ll address how to overcome some of the most common time management challenges so you can succeed in your goals.  

  • Stop being late. Simple strategies to arrive on time to meetings, personal appointments, and calls so you can start being on time and stop feeling guilty for making people wait.  
  • How to stay motivated and consistent even when unexpected items come up, you feel tired, or you just don’t feel like doing what you know you should do.  
  • The keys for staying focused in a world that’s constantly trying to distract you and steal your time and energy.  
  • How to be present with people instead of being physically present but mentally absent.  
  • Tools for continuing to implement the shifts that you’ve made in this program. Because these shifts have the power to change how you interact with your time, which in turn changes the future of your entire life.  


One-On-One Time A 15- to 20-minute laser session with me or my coaching team (direct 1x1 call/ Zoom call) each month to support your progress and continually remove any blocks (external or internal) that may arise for you along the way.

Q: When and where are the group sessions? A: The live group coaching sessions will happen on the first and second Thursdays of the month at 11 am-12 pm PT/2-3 pm ET. They will happen virtually and be recorded so if you miss a session, you can listen to the replay. The one-on-one coaching sessions will happen during the third and fourth weeks of the month between 10 am- 6 pm ET and be set up at a time that works with your schedule.  

Q: How long is this program? A: Time Management Made Easy is a six-month group coaching program. 

Q: Do I need to have a particular time management skill level? A: Nope. Individuals of all time management skill levels are welcome. Everyone will have the ability to implement for the first time or to up-level their time management skills in each area.  

Q: How much time will I need to spend on assignments between sessions? A: I highly encourage you to make it a priority to attend the sessions live so that you can have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the group. If that’s not possible, then listening to the recordings is a good second choice. The length of the assignments between sessions will vary depending on the topic. I encourage you to set aside at least 30-45 minutes after each call to review the material and work on implementing the lessons. The goal is to implement during the course of the program so you can ask questions, have accountability, and build momentum. 

Q: What if I miss a session? A: If you miss a session, then you can make it up by listening to the recording available after each call. Also, I highly encourage you to interact with the other group members in the Facebook group. That way you still get the opportunity to have support and ask questions. 

Q: How do I know if I have anything to offer the group? A: If you’re committed to participating to the best of your ability, you have something to offer to the group. Everyone is gifted in special ways. Apply Now

Q: Can my spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, child, friend, co-worker, etc., go through this program with me? A: It’s a possibility that someone you know can go through this group coaching program with you. However, he or she will need to go through the same application process, and I can’t guarantee that both of you will be accepted. 

Q: I want in! Can I just sign up without going through the application and conversation process? A: Thank you for your enthusiasm! It’s greatly appreciated. However, you will need to go through the application process. If your application is accepted, you will then need to have a conversation with me before the decision is made about whether or not you’re invited to participate in the group coaching program.
