There comes a time when you realize that you just can’t handle everything on your own. So, you turn to a book or an app or a coach or a blog post.
You do see some improvement. There’s a lot of benefit to be gained from the proper amount of self-discipline, openness to wisdom, and application of tools and systems that work.
I know because I see those results day-in and day-out. That’s why I love my time management coaching work.
But sometimes you reach a point where you realize that all these tools and techniques and self-determination aren’t enough. It could be when:
- You’re completely short staffed. Even with the highest of productivity, it’s impossible to meet expectations.
- You experience a major life event like getting sick or a death in the family, which leaves you with a lot less control of your time, emotions, and energy.
- You’ve simply been going through the motions… for a very long time. Nothing is particularly wrong and nothing feels quite right. You lack a sense of vibrancy, joy, peace, and engagement.
When you hit those points, I’ve discovered that yes—there are ways that you can tweak the margins, negotiate expectations, have better self talk, etc. But in the end, I’ve found the best answer is to turn to God.
As soon as I make the smallest cry for help, He is SO delighted to wrap His arms around me in a warm embrace, let me know how much I’m loved, and to actively work with and form me in any situation that I may face.
That’s why after years of sharing the best of what my mind could offer in terms of time investment wisdom and strategies, I’m now opening up this part of my heart. It’s now time to share how I’ve seen the connection between my Christian faith and experiencing true joy, true peace, true order, and true connection in a world that tries to rob us of all that and more.
This six-month Christian group coaching program will bring together people who want to include God in their time management and stop trying to do everything on their own.
“Elizabeth Grace Saunders does an outstanding job of coaching, encouraging, and training her clients to achieve better work-life balance. She is compassionate, caring, and contributes a wealth of resources and knowledge in the area of time-management skills to each and every appointment call. It’s a pleasure and privilege to recommend you to all others who are seeking a dedicated coach to help bring their lifestyle to that of one lived in greater peace, higher professional purpose and productivity, and deep personal enjoyment.”

If You Can Relate to Any of These, Divine Time Freedom Could Be For You:
I believe in God. I believe in Jesus. I feel better when I pray, but I don’t really go to church. This group coaching program is meant to be a very welcome, safe, supportive environment for you to connect with God on a regular basis. The intent is to have no judgment of anyone’s journey or pressure to express faith in a particular way.
I go to church but I mostly sit there and listen to the sermon and then go home and don’t really feel like I connect with other Christians on a regular basis. Divine Time Management is an opportunity to have some Christian fellowship where you can connect around real topics that can help you move forward in your faith and life.
I go to church and I love it and love the people but I want some resources I can bring back that can lead to deeper healing. I also crave a change of pace from the normal church crowd. You’re also very welcome.
Divine Time Freedom is open to people of all Christian faith backgrounds meaning from all denominations and for those who don’t currently affiliate with any particular church.
Who this is not for:
If you don’t believe in God, Jesus, etc., this group program won’t resonate with you. I recommend you check out my one-on-one coaching options or Time Management Made Easy group coaching program that can better be tailored to your needs.
If you have a particular agenda around convincing everyone that your particular flavor of Christianity is the one right way, this isn’t the group for you. This needs to be a safe place for people to be where they are at in their own faith journey.
Full disclosure: I will do my very best in this group coaching program to make the material as inclusive as possible for all Christian backgrounds. But I am Protestant and do go to church so I’m sure some of what I say and do will be colored by that lens. Please know that you need to follow your own conscience in the application of this material and feel free to incorporate it into your life as it works for you.
“I have always been a self-motivated learner- able to seek out and find the information I need to move forward in my life and business. However, life has it’s own wonderful way of being able to humble us sometimes. After a season of a number and variety of life challenges, I found ‘capable me’ at a point of high stress, frustration and overwhelm and desperately in need of help beyond what I could do on my own. It has been a gift of God that I found Elizabeth. You will find that you can leap forward, thrive and come more alive when you have a person or group of people walking with you through life and business- success beyond what simple books, tools and resources can provide. Elizabeth is so much MORE. ”

Here’s what happens when you include God in your time management…
You no longer have to carry the burden alone.
Jesus says, “Come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28 As Christians we so often forget that we don’t have to do everything on our own. This group program will constantly bring you back to remembering and living in that truth.
You no longer feel worried and anxious.
If you believe that your success in life depends on your perfect performance, it’s easy to get overwhelmed or controlling. We will cover ways for you to put your time in order, but will emphasize trusting in God, not the systems, to give us peace and confidence that everything will work out.
You experience gratitude for God’s goodness.
When we consciously put God at the center of our lives instead of ourselves, our gratitude for everything increases enormously. Gratitude is the key to really enjoying life. It also protects us from falling into the trap of pride where we feel great when we get the results we want but horrible when we don’t.
You start enjoying life again instead of just going through the motions.
Life is to be lived, not just done. With all that’s coming at you, it can be easy to forget that God created you to rest and enjoy Him, yourself, and others. You were meant to laugh, to love, to be creative, and to be fully alive. During this time together, you’ll learn how to be free to be who God made you to be.
Divine Time Freedom is a 6-month group coaching program designed to give Christians the spiritual focus, emotional support, and practical skills required to improve their time management in a God-centered way – now and for the rest of their lives.
- Direction, support, and accountability you haven’t found elsewhere – so you get the confidence and spiritual perspective to make wise decisions with your time management and keep God in it.
- A safe non-judgmental space to ask your questions and not feel stupid – so you can keep moving forward, no matter what your personal struggles may be.
- Current information without the extra work. Someone else (ME!) is attending classes, reading books, working with mentors, and most of all seeking God– to stay aware and ahead of what’s working, and make it simple for you.
- Community! You’ll go through this process with an AWESOME group of people just like you – people who are also wanting to include God in their time management, taking actions that may feel scary, and not just talking about, but realizing their dreams. You’ll be amazed at how having this kind of group support can encourage you in your faith and in making the right decisions.
“I ‘up-leveled’ my life by spending my time on the things I value most and streamlining other parts of my schedule. Elizabeth’s unique perspective and insight on time investment was invaluable. As my time coach, she had keen insight into my life with practical next steps.”

Q: Sounds great, but I’m not a Christian, can I apply?
A: Thank you for your interest. You are very welcome to apply for one-on-one coaching or the Time Management Made Easy group coaching, which is for everyone. However, Divine Time Management is a program specifically for Christians. You don’t need to attend a church but you do need to have accepted Christ as your savior.
Q: When and where are the group sessions?
A: The live group coaching sessions will happen on the first and second Thursdays of the month at 5:30 pm PT/8:30 pm ET. They will happen virtually and be recorded so if you miss a session, you can listen to the replay. The one-on-one coaching sessions will happen during the third and fourth weeks of the month between 10 am- 6 pm ET and be set up at a time that works with your schedule.
Q: How long is this program?
A: Divine Time Freedom is a six-month group coaching program with the option for ongoing participation.
Q: Do I need to be part of a particular church?
A: Nope. This program is open to individuals from all Christian faith backgrounds. This includes both people who currently attend church or other faith activities and those who do not.
Q: How much time will I need to spend on assignments between sessions?
A: I highly encourage you to make it a priority to attend the sessions live so that you can have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the group. If that’s not possible, then listening to the recordings is a good second choice. The length of the assignments between sessions will vary depending on the topic. I encourage you to seek the Lord for where you need to focus. Sometimes you may sense that you need to spend a great deal of time on a particular topic, journaling, praying, studying. Other times, you may not need to spend as much time. I want you to experience freedom in this journey.
Q: What if I miss a session?
A: If you miss a session, then you can make it up by listening to the recording available after each call. Also, I highly encourage you to interact with the other group members in the online group. That way you still get the opportunity to have support and ask questions.
Q: How do I know if I have anything to offer the group?
A: If you’re chosen to participate, you have something to offer to us. God made each person unique and special. This isn’t a competition in terms of being religious but it is about coming to the group with a pure heart that is open to loving God and loving others.
Q: Can my spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, child, friend, co-worker, church member, etc., go through this program with me?
A: It’s a possibility that someone you know can go through this group coaching program with you. However, he or she will need to go through the same application process, and I can’t guarantee that both of you will be accepted.
Q: I want in! Can I just sign up without going through the application and conversation process?
A: Thank you for your enthusiasm! It’s greatly appreciated. However, you will need to go through the application process. If your application is accepted, you will then need to have a conversation with me before the decision is made about whether or not you’re invited to participate in the group coaching program.
Any other questions? Please apply and include your question in the application form. We’ll do our best to respond to as many questions as possible.
