Engage your audience with a special life-changing and anointed message that will inspire, encourage and motivate.
A lot of Christians—and really people in general—are tired, really tired. Elizabeth Saunders shares strategies that empowers your audience to live life and thrive in the workplace in harmony, balance, alignment with God, and with greater passion & energy
They want to be the best they can be, they want to support the people around them, they want to excel at their work, they want to have great families, be fit, financially secure, have their homes in perfect order, share Jesus’ when they can, and still get enough sleep every night.
But the truth is that reality is often a great deal more messy and complicated than the ideal.
Many people feel like failures or feel like they have a tenuous grasp on “success.”- always chasing success, but never really achieving it, much less feeling “truly fulfilled” in life & business.
The result is that instead of feeling like they’re living the more abundant life, they feel like they’re living the more busy life. There can be a twang of jealousy for people who get to sleep in on Sunday mornings and don’t seem to have to have to keep up with the “perfect” families at church.
Worst yet, not only does it not feel like they’re keeping up on the day-to-day, but also like they’re missing out on the call God has on their lives. The nagging feeling that they’re not sure that they’re doing enough—or the right things— knaws at them.
They know that with God all things are possible and their yoke is supposed to be easy and burden light, but it just doesn’t feel that way.
Elizabeth Saunders teaches powerful principles that will help your audience equip themselves for greater living, more productive work and life contribution.
Through Divine Time Management: Replacing Control with Trust, Love, and Alignment with God, Elizabeth Grace Saunders, author, speaker, and coach, helps audiences reconnect with God, accept and appreciate who they are and who they are not, and let go of doubt about whether they’re doing the right things or doing enough.
These inspiring talks free individuals to learn to fully live—and enjoy—their lives again and step into their God-given purpose, calling, and destiny.
Elizabeth is available to speak at conferences, women’s retreats, churches, Christian organizations, and Christian business events.
We aren’t meant to solely call out to God as a last resort when we’re at the end of our strength. We’re meant to walk hand-in-hand with our heavenly daddy all of our days.
It’s so important as Christians that we get our heart in the right place regarding time management otherwise our focus on self-improvement can lead to self-idolatry and then to pride or fear depending on the results of our self-discipline. I know because I’ve fallen into that trap.
Divine Time Management offers a way out of that pit.
Instead of creating a self-centered, self-reliant universe where you stress about doing everything right and then pray to ask God to bless your plans, Divine Time Management is about cultivating a life that includes:
- Stepping Off the Throne: Trust in God at the Center
- Being You: Love for Your True Identity
- Staying in Relationship: Alignment with God
When you live in a God-centered universe where your primary focus is love and alignment, you can banish fear and be free to choose God’s best.
Here’s what happens when you include God in your time management…
To start, Divine Time Management explains why many of the traditional goals of time management including control, getting stuff done, and earthly achievements, aren’t actually a reflection of God’s heart. This frees audience members from the fruitless pursuit of seemingly good but ultimately unsatisfying pursuits. It also takes the pressure off to constantly perform.
Stepping Off the Throne: Trust in God at the Center
Next, Divine Time Management addresses practical ways to make the shift from a self-centered approach to time management to a trust-in-God-centered approach. These include:
- De-cluttering your schedule to leave space for God to work
- Building enough faith and trust to rest in Him
Being You: Love for Your True Identity
Behavior flows out of identity. So an improper view of self leads to completely wrong decisions while a proper view can make the right decisions flow easily and naturally.
Before individuals can love their true identity, they need to recognize the false “papier-mâché” identities they’ve created as a way to get love or avoid pain. These can be extremely hard to spot because they feel so real. They shape people’s view of the world without them consciously noticing, kind of like contact lenses. A few examples include:
- Molds you feel you need to fit into like “good mother” or “high achiever”
- Labels you take on such as “smart” or “responsible” or “lazy”
- Possessions you hold onto for security and status
To make the shift from who-they-think-they-are to who-God-made-them-to-be, readers need to let go of many false beliefs about themselves and others.
The truth is that every person is totally and completely loved by the Creator of the universe, that they’re enough right now without being or doing anything more, and that they have a unique purpose, calling, and destiny to bring into the world.
Staying in Relationship: Alignment with God
Christianity isn’t about religion, it’s about relationship. Christians come into relationship with God through accepting Jesus and grow that relationship through love and obedience to God and the work of the Holy Spirit. This obedience comes from obeying God’s word and from listening to His voice on a moment-by-moment basis. They protect that love through understanding the importance of repentance, forgiveness, healing, and spiritual warfare.
Jesus said that the two greatest commandments were to “‘love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength…. you shall love your neighbor as yourself.’” Mark 12:30-31a So not only is a right relationship with God important but also a right relationship with other people. That means that Christians need real relationships with real people—ones where they give and receive life. It also means they need to know how to cultivate love while also protecting their hearts. Living in both truth and love lead to the best possible result.
Finally, to be in alignment with God, Christians need to have a right relationship with themselves—one in which they’re not looking to control or indulge themselves. Instead, they’re looking to love themselves and others through the choices that they make about what to do or not do. God’s heart and will for His children is perfect so He will only ask them to do the things that lead to His and their best.
In the midst of a sea of worn out Christians, Divine Time Management stands as a beacon of hope that through trust in God at the center, love for your true identity, and alignment with God, readers can receive God’s best; a new way of living where they accomplish much more of what matters in a much shorter span of time because God can do anything. More rest, less stress, and much greater eternal results.

“I have always been a self-motivated learner- able to seek out and find the information I need to move forward in my life and business. However, life has it’s own wonderful way of being able to humble us sometimes. After a season of a number and variety of life challenges, I found ‘capable me’ at a point of high stress, frustration and overwhelm and desperately in need of help beyond what I could do on my own. It has been a gift of God that I found Elizabeth. You will find that you can leap forward, thrive and come more alive when you have a person or group of people walking with you through life and business- success beyond what simple books, tools and resources can provide. Elizabeth is so much MORE. ”
