    Thanks for the info Elizabeth. Although the seasons do seem to play a role in depression, I believe that our life’s happiness comes about because of our thoughts. What thoughts are you thinking today? On a cold day I like to get excited and snuggle up in front of a warm fire and watch the weather outside. 🙂
